Terms of purchase

These terms of purchase apply to all orders placed on bjorin.ee. Bjorin OÜ sells digital (electronic) invitations that are delivered as a web link. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

2. Goods, services and prices
Bjorin creates interactive digital invitations. Every invitation is a single link that opens on any phone, tablet or computer and includes an RSVP.
- Ready template — 15 €, ready within three days.
- Personalised invitation — 25 €, ready within up to 3 days.
- Bespoke story — from 50 €, by agreement.
- Add-on: each additional language — +5 €.
- Add-on: personalising each guest's name — +5 €.
The RSVP is included in every package. The invitation link stays live until the event and for one week afterwards.
3. Order total and additional charges
The invitation is a digital product delivered electronically by email as a link — there are no postage or shipping costs. The final price consists of the chosen package plus any add-ons you select (additional language, guest-name personalisation). The full amount is shown to you before payment. There are no hidden fees.
4. How an order is placed
An order can be placed in two ways. The main way: you choose the invitation you like and the package on the site and pay straight away — the payment is the confirmation of the order. Right after the payment we contact you by email and agree the details of your event (names, date, time, place, texts, languages).

- You pay online and immediately receive a confirmation by email.
- We write to you and agree the details of the invitation.
- You receive the finished invitation as a link by email.
An order form is also available on the site as an alternative: you can enter the details of your event first and pay at the end of the form. Both routes lead to the same result, and the prices are the same. A bespoke story is paid for on the site straight away as well — the concept and the content are agreed after payment.

5. Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by EveryPay. You can pay through your bank or by card. Payment takes place on the web page specified in the agreement concluded with the bank / EveryPay.

6. Delivery, warranty and returns
Ready templates and personalised invitations are delivered within up to 3 days, and bespoke work by agreement — all by email as a link. Because the invitation is a digital product made to your order, we begin work as soon as the order is confirmed.
The delivery time is counted from the moment we have received all the information needed for the invitation. If you pay first and send the details later, please take that into account when planning.
A refund is issued within 14 days in the event of a technical fault we are unable to fix, a double payment, or on other grounds provided by law. To request a refund, write to info@bjorin.ee.
7. Order information
After ordering you receive a confirmation by email. The finished invitation link and any updates are sent to the same address, so please keep an eye on the email you provided.
8. Customer support
You can reach us at info@bjorin.ee or +372 5431 0553. We work on business days (Mon–Fri) and answer emails within 14 days at the latest, usually much sooner.
